    This food truck is off the hook!! It's really tough to drive by and not stop. I've been going here for years. I remember when it was just sausage and dogs. It was great then and 100% over the top now with all the menu options that change by the day. Ralph is a real sweetheart. Every day I get the email of menu options . All food is fresh made to order. Soup is always homemade !!! Nothing out of the can . Ginger egg drop is one of my favorites. He sells out quick! Sometimes I call to order. Prices are more than reasonable. The lobster meat is real lobster not over cooked. Never had a bad meal here. Love this truck stop.:-) Skoal , Princess.

    Just stopped in again for dinner on my way home . Ralphie and his boys rock !!! Lobster quesadilla IS OFF THE HOOK ... I bought 2 this time instead of 1 I don't want to share with my husband , I'm thinking I shoulda bought 3 !!! One to eat on my way home and another later lol love love the lobster quesadilla.

    Had to come and try one of their breakfast sandwich, Fresh Ham, egg and cheese on a fresh roll.  Yes fresh ham, and it was very good. Almost missed it! The only thing that I wasn't impressed about was the Café con leche (Coffee). But other than I will be back for lunch....

    Still thinking about my lunch at Ralphie's. The lobster roll was one of Ralphie's specials, so I went for it and am so glad I did! Such a decadent treat, simply and lovingly prepared.

    Side note... Ralphie, can you do me a favor? This is the woman who didn't have cash to pay you and had a gentleman, so kindly, pay for my lunch. I don't feel like I gave him a very good thank you. Could tell that he was a regular by the way he was talking to you, so I was wondering if you would tell him something for me?~ that his generosity and kindness absolutely made my day and thanks again! Thank you and thank you for the wonderful food!

    Always cookings up great food. The daily specials will have you purchasing them right along with one of the regular good eats on the menu. Quality food and service. Ralphie and The Kitchen Guys are amazing. Take a stop and enjoy. Lunchtime can get very busy but it's worth the trip and the wait.
